Post 1 of 2...The joys of being PREGNANT!!!!

So as of right now today I am 28 weeks and 3 days pregnant!! WOW that means that there are only 12 weeks and 3 days left, maybe more maybe less! HOLLY SHIT BALLS, forgive my out burst but that is really not a long time!!!!!! So as I slightly freak out I am happy to tell you I feel great, this whole pregnancy thing really hasn't been too bad....except for.... the first 4 months of puking my guts out, having to pee 50 times in a 30 minute time period, being oh so tired all the freaking time, not being able to do ANYTHING fun/normal/typical me, walking 10 steps and not being able to breath, not seeing my girl parts, and barley being able to see my toes; which is only going to get "better" in the next 12 weeks!!!!! OH and did I mention my BOOBS, they are GIGANTIC and they are heavy; How in the world do these little tiny woman have these over the top huge ole' boobs...I may have wanted a boob job once in my life, NO THANK YOU!



On a more positive note (lol) I really am EXCITED about having our baby; the negative things really aren't that bad. The Dr. tells me that women will envy me because I lost so much weight and am only slowly gaining some back with the weight gain of the baby! (Jealous aren't ya ;) lol) My crazy loving husband is super supportive and helpful so really it has been way nice! It is the most awesomest thing to just be chillin and then all of the sudden "bam..bang..bam" happens in your belly, it's also pretty sweet when Jeffie talks to him and kisses my belly!!


Life is going really good right now, we couldn't be happier! My job is ok for the most part other than being tired all the time it works! League is on break right now, but we go to Beaver on Tuesdays to play with his brother, I think we start back up here in August! This weekend is the 24th celebrations and Jeff's sister is coming down so we are spending most of the time with them!! I am pretty excited because I haven't seen them since thanksgiving, and secretly she is my favorite lol!!!! The following weekend we are headed up to Richfield for a softball tourney, we went once a long time ago (I found and picked out my baby girl Jaspen) and it was super fun; and the guys he is playing with are pretty nice and way funny from what I know of them! I am kind of excited because it shouldn't be super duper hott up there YAY!!!! Then we are into August, the first weekend is the annual Veyo rodeo, which has been not so annual for several years now but they brought it back, the next weekend is...I can't remember, the next weekend is maybe softball and the next weekend is my baby shower! What a crazy life ;) Well now I have updated about my pregnancy and life so time to move on... Much Love >.<

The 4th of July Weekend!!!

It was a long and fun weekend for us!!!!! Friday we did some yard work in prep for our 2 family BBQ's and then Friday night we went down to the Gunlock Rodeo, it was such a blast I love going to the rodeo and seeing old friends and hangin' out! Saturday Jeff woke up early and went fishing with some friends, I stayed in bed cause we didn't get home till 2am!! After I got out of bed I made my salad, deviled eggs, and twice baked potatoes for my family BBQ! My sister Tanya and her kids came up and also my parents, we hung out for a bit and then decided to head over to the park to play in the creek, I had a blast gettin in water fights with the kiddos and Courtney, then we came home and had an amazing stake dinner it was so so so so tasty!!!

Tanya and the kiddos stayed the night, they camped out on the tramp and ended up surviving lol!!! Sunday was a do nothing day, after Tanya and the kids left Jeff and I went back to bed and literally slept most of the day! Monday we got up and watched the parade with Jeff's family and some friends, after the parade we came home and Jeff went and played in a Golf tourney with his dad, brother Tyler, and a friend; they ended up taking 2nd in their division, I stayed home and slept!!!! Once they got done golfing, everyone came over to our house for Jeff's family BBQ, we had a total of like 40 people over it was crazy!! After the BBQ we went over to the church and set off $300 worth of fireworks, it was pretty sweet, then we sat on our front lawn and watched a few of the Cedar fireworks!!! All in all it was a crazy, fun, long weekend, and I am so glad we got to spend it with good Friends and Family!!!!! Much Love >.<

25 weeks!

So this morning at 8:45am we had our 25th week appointment (time is flying). They did the normal check my weight (I am finally registering on the paper), check my blood pressure (good and normal), check my fundal height (right on with where is should be, growing about a cm a week), and then they use a Doppler to listen to the baby's heart beat........or they tried to!!!! Like I have mentioned before, I have a very active baby in my belly and today he was/still is on a little rant!! The nurse put the Doppler on my belly as searched around, as soon as she had the heartbeat..off he went, he was literally running away from her, so she pressed her had on one side trying to get him to stay still so he decides to KICK the Doppler several times!!! It was so funny, I was trying not to laugh and the nurse was like "stop encouraging him" lol I love our Dr.'s office they are the best!!! Finally she did get a good read and and he has a strong normal heartbeat, so all in all everything is going great, other than the minor fall I took last week and the muscle I pulled in my "gina" yesterday chasing my husband around with water!!! Note to self and everyone else when you are pregnant you can't function the same as you use too!!!! In another 5 weeks is our next appointment and our 30 week ultrasound! Much Love >.<

I love new things!!! Softball and Father's Day!!!

Last week on Sunday the 12th we purchased the baby's crib!!!!! I have been searching and searching for months now because a) I didn't want just some random cheap-o crib and b) I didn't want to pay way too much for one!!! I had been comparing a few that I liked from several different places, but finally decided to go with the GRACO Lauren 4 in 1 convertible crib in Espresso from walmart.com. The number one reason I went with this crib was because the reviews were awesome!!!! I also loved the color and it converts from the crib, to a toddler bed, to a day bed, to a full bed!!! Added bonus it came with a mattress too all for the low price of $160, a freaking steal if you ask me!!! So it was suppose to take 7-10 business days to get here, but it took 2 days, it came on the 15th!! I went and picked it up and it almost didn't fit in the car lol, I was going to wait for Jeff to get home to put it together...but I was too excited and I put it together all except for the last piece which I waited and he helped me put in on!!!! I FREAKING LOVE IT!!! It is super sturdy and the color is amazing!!!! The mattress was shipped separately and should be here tomorrow, but for now here is our super cute baby crib!!!!

On a side note this past weekend was a softball tourney in Vegas, so we went down and Jeff played with the Vegas boys on the Killin' Time team. It was kinda crappy to have to get up at 4:30am to get ready and drive down but Jeff had/has a ton of fun playing with this team, there is not drama and no crap so I love it too!!! It was like 105 degrees down there but I was content in the shade and Jeff played awesome! They didn't win, but they had a good time because it's not all about winning but playing a game they love ;)!!! We got done around 5ish Vegas time and drove home; it is such a long drive! Sunday was Father's Day and we invited my parents up for a BBQ, it turned into an indoor BBQ because it was cold and windy and rainy. We had an awesome dinner thanks to my Mommy and Me; BBQ ribs, veggies, potatoes, and a homemade Boston Cream Pie!!! After dinner we went to see Pirates, it was super good and so fun!! I love my parents, they are the best! And I love my "Father's" My Daddy cause he is so so so amazing and the best Dad a girl could ask for, My Hubby cause he is already an amazing, caring, loving, father to our baby, and My Father in-law cause he is pretty awesome too!!!! On Call...Baby Kicks and Flips and Hiccups...More fun Baby Crafts!!!!

Well today I was "On Call" for work from 12 till 5, I don't really love the idea because you can't do anything cause as soon as you do you know your phone will ring and off to work you go. I was annoyed with the whole thing but whatever I decided to make another car seat canopy and it turned out so freaking cute, plus yesterday I made, one of many I'm sure, cute little baby blankets!!!

Kicks, Flips, and Hiccups...

Thursday Night Jeff and I were laying in bed and I have been trying for days to make the baby kick him.....well it finally happened!!! I was sneaky and laid my hand on my belly and he was going to town so I made a quick switch and BAM he kicked a big one lol Jeff was so excited to finally get to feel him it was awesome!! He is an active little bugger if he isn't kicking me or flipping around he has the hiccups lol it is so crazy feeling, but I love it!!! And if he isn't doing any of those things he is sleeping!!!! I am so excited it is so crazy we are now into the 6th month!!! How time is flying!!! Much Love >.<

22 WEEKS, Friday June 3rd, 2011!!!!

More fun Baby Stuff!!!

So as of today I have approximately 18 weeks left to go or 126 days!!!! Time was flyin' by at first but now seems to be slowin' down a lot!!! I found some super duper cute material and decided I wanted to make some new drapes for the baby's room!! They are not perfect by any means but they are FREAKIN' CUTE!!!! I love them and so does Jeff!! I tried taking some pics but they kinda suck cause of light coming through the window but here they are....

Later I will take a few more so you can see them better!!! We have decided to go with a jungle type theme in "his" room (maybe more I decided and Jeff went along with it :) he he I love my hubby), but we are going to try and stick with neutral colors too!!!! In the next few weeks I am going to refinish a desser (which I have had for a long time) and a changer (we got from one of Jeff's freinds) so it is dark and matches the crib we are getting!!! I am also deciding what other fun stuff I want to make, for sure another car seat cover or 5 lol, and a few blankets of course! I still have yet to snap pics of my belly too, maybe I'll do that tonight when I snap a few more of the drapes!!! Other than this fun stuff, work is going good, I love it; we are always busy with softball or family or something random, and we are super happy and content in life!!! I LOVE IT!!!!!
